Tobii PCeye is external eye control attachable to laptops via USB. PCEye has the newest technology called IS4 making eyecontrol easier and more precise than ever. PCEye comes either as a Mini or a Plus model depending on the screensize you want to use it for. Mini is for 12-19 and Plus for 20-27.
