Hybrid mattress. Works without a pump as a high-quality foam mattress with good sleeping comfort. When pressure relief is needed, connect the RotoBed AirSleep pump, and the RotoBed AirSleep now functions as an alternating pressure mattress with pressure ulcer protection in all four stages. Five hardness choices and three cycle duration choices.
