Trykaflastende topmadras i viskoelastisk skum. Anvendes oven på en almindelig madras. Topmadrassen har elastikker i hjørnerne til fiksering til undermadrassen. Madrassen reagerer på kroppens varme, og former sig efter kroppen for optimal trykudligning. Sårgrad 0-3.
